Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3 business days of placing an order.

Delivery Timelines: * Metro Cities: 3-5 business days from the shipping date.

Rest of India: 5-7 business days form the shipping date.

Tracking: A tracking ID will be sent via SMS/Email once the order leaves our facility.

Shipping Charges: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the hygiene and personal nature of fragrances, we follow a Strict No-Return/No-Exchange Policy once the product has been delivered.

What if my product is damaged?

We take great care in packaging, but if your bottle arrives broken or heavily leaking (beyond minor seepage):

Mandatory Unboxing Video: You must record a video while opening the package for the first time.

Report Within 24 Hours: Send the video and photos of the damage to mivaaperfumes@gmail.com or +91 9819949111.

Resolution: Upon verification, we will send a replacement at no extra cost.
