1. Fragrance Interpretation & Trademark Disclaimer
MIVAA PERFUMES offers "Style" fragrances. These are our own unique formulations inspired by well-known designer scents.
No Affiliation: MIVAA PERFUMES has no affiliation, association, or sponsorship with the original designers or manufacturers of the trademarked names mentioned.
Naming Convention: Names of trademarked brands are used solely for descriptive purposes to give the customer an idea of the "olfactory family" or scent profile.
Original Creations: Every bottle sold is a MIVAA PERFUMES product, hand-crafted or formulated by us, and is not an original product of the designer brands mentioned.
2. Product Information & Usage
Concentration: Our spray perfumes are formulated at a 40% oil concentration for enhanced performance. However, longevity may vary based on skin type, humidity, and application.
Scent Perception & Maceration: Fragrance is subjective. Factors such as skin chemistry and olfactory fatigue ("nose blindness") can affect perception. We recommend allowing the bottle to rest in a cool, dark place for 48 hours after transit to allow the notes to stabilize.
Safety & Health: Our products are for external use only. We recommend a "patch test" on a small area before use. MIVAA PERFUMES is not liable for individual allergic reactions or respiratory sensitivities.
Hand-Crafted Nature: As our products involve high-quality oils, slight variations in color between batches may occur; this does not affect the scent quality.
3. Pricing and Payments
All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
MIVAA PERFUMES reserves the right to change prices or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Transit Expectations: We strive to deliver across India within estimated timelines. MIVAA PERFUMES is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen weather.
Minor Leakage: Due to air pressure changes and high temperatures during transit in India, minor seepage (1-2 ml) may occur. This is not considered a "damaged" product.
Address Accuracy: Ensure the shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the user.
5. Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of personal care and hygiene products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a perfume or attar has been opened or used.
If you receive a significantly damaged or incorrect product, a mandatory unboxing video must be shared with us within 24 hours of delivery for a resolution.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including logos, designs, text, and graphics, is the property of MIVAA PERFUMES and Mihir Vasani. Unauthorized use of our brand assets is strictly prohibited.
7. Packaging & Presentation
MIVAA Original Branding: All products are sold exclusively in MIVAA PERFUMES branded bottles. We do not use, nor do we provide, bottles that mimic the shape or design of any third-party branded perfume.
Focus on Quality: Our standardized packaging ensures you pay for the premium 40% oil concentration and master-crafted scent, guaranteeing an authentic MIVAA PERFUMES experience.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in relation hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
